I need some PolyBushes fitted to the Thrust Arms and Inner Track Control Arms on my M5. Any recommendations that wont break the bank for a car that I am selling?

Try Auto Torque at Westcott, tel 01296658257. Good bunch of guys, they have worked on my Evo and GTR for several years, they can also laser align after the bushes have been fitted.

They might not be the cheapest, but they do know what they are doing. Failing that try RH Automotive in Wycombe.

PS, sorry to see that you are planning on getting rid of it.

Cheers, its a bit of a wrench, but needs must for now. I'll be back in something interesting next year, just need to get these next 12 months out of the way.

Is £60 + VAT an hour the going rate? I've always been spoiled as I have mate back home with his own garage, and he's always done thing for me at mates rates.

That seems to be on the cheaper end of average labour rates, I would be surprised I you got much lower these days.

Booked in at DMWorx. Tbh, speaking with one of the guys on the phone convinced me, its not always about the labour rates.

I know they sort out race cars etc so I'm sure that their work will be top notch.
