Thinking of relining the boot, does anyone know were I can get the same material from?

Why not use something a bit nicer/softer than that horrible carpet stuff? It should make sliding the roof in and out a bit easier... was thinking about getting the trim on the boot lid is some kind of leather too.

I haven't done it but I imagine it should be fairly straightforward... The bit of carpet I pulled to get access to fuel tank service area came off pretty easy... then I imagine its a case of laying it out as a template for cutting the new stuff, then use that carpet glue sray stuff you can get from halfrauds.

But I'll wait for you to do yours first

I have not replaced but removed and reinstalled the boot carpet. It is quite easy but a little messy with all that spray stuff.
