I'll be there in my Z4M.

It is a brilliant track, atmospheric and fast. Not sure I can offer any useful advice, but if it's wet, as looks likely then keep off the white lines and be very careful through Eau Rouge, a mistake there can be very costly.

I'll be there in BaT Caterham R300. Spa is my favourite circuit and would happily swap 3 UK track days for 1 there! A couple of things to look out for:

- Speed differentials on the Kemmel Straight - there can be around a 60-80mph speed differential by the end of it (e.g. Caterham vs Ferrari)
- Watch brake temperatures into Les Combes - they'll be pretty cool by that point, as they won't have been used properly since La Source
- Build up speed into Blanchimont and don't panic if you accidentally run wide, there's lots of runoff if you carry too much speed or understeer. Winding on lots of lock is likely to induce a tank-slapper at those speeds!

Enjoy and see you there! smile

I'm going as well.... Ring on the sunday first.

You guys seen the weather??? frown

Gonna be rubbish and VERY wet I think. I was planning on trailering my westy over and my Exige as back up.

Because of weather gonna take Exige and my Clio...

Staying at La Source hotel on the sunday if anyone fancies some beer over the footy.

Gutted as a dry sunny Spa is just a sensational place to be!

First of all, if its wet stay off of the kerbing-they are VERY slippery with the addition of rain.Be sure to get your steering straight ahead from around two thirds of the way up Eau Rouge , on the right. There is the 'ridge' at the top of Le Raddilion that is responsible for most of the offs that you do need to get right.LeCombe is easy enough, downhill to Brussell, very late and wide turn in.Do not go out wide at Rivage exit.Puhon is a whole lot faster than it appears, its the double left at the bottom of the hill, approach is well out to the right hand kerb turning in with one application of lock from three/four metres down the kerbing.Piff Paff-right left , dont go in to quickly-the left is not as quick as the right-good old fashioned gravel trap waiting for the unwary!
Stavelot is fairly easy but do not attempt Blanchimont flat or anywhere near it till you know it and your cars behavior-it can bite very hard!!!.Do not go over the kerbing on the exit-there is astro turf around the outside of the right kerb that might look dry but takes its time to dry out!.
Spa is possibly th best circuit for out and out speed, but it will also test your brakes to the limit-twice per lap.Only problem is that it will spoil you for any other circuit in the yUK-enjoy, might even see you there.

Fantastic afternoon. Morning was a bit damp to say the least but great laps in the dry.
Really good track etiquette from everyone (faster and slower cars) made it one of the best days I've had at Spa.
