Enjoying this series, this week Parker broke the record for the biggest clean up in Gold rush history, but next week he's involved in an accident in his Raptor.

Ok will do, just thought with the accident being shown as a teaser at the end of this weeks episode there was no reason to?

It's not a spoiler, it's been already shown on the Screening of this weeks episode....

And anyway. It's a simple documentary type show, to some kind of high brow thriller.... So Spolier? No.

Indeed. I watch via SkyGo (using my mum's account as I wanted Sky Sports F1 without paying for a package I wouldn't use) and have learned that Thursday nights are Gold Rush nights on there...

So no spoilers until then please!

If there is 20 episodes there are 11 to go as episode 10 & 11 are on tomorrow.

Doesn't sound far off - they've been referring to the crew being "almost half way through the season" I assume the TV season is give-or-take in-line with the actual season - well apart from Tony Beets and his boat - that's out of sequence it seems.

The Hoffmans continue to demonstrate their ineptitude (who would have thought that bedrock isn't completely flat and level?!), but at least Parker seems to be getting into his stride and seems to be on track for his season target. Great to see his Grandad is still going strong too.

Was surprised to see the state of Tony Beets' mine in the last episode - I thought he was a big time miner, but it seems he's not that far ahead of the people featured in the programme - 20 year old kit, mine closed down by 3 people quitting, etc.?

Gets it done though doesn't he, 160oz odd in 3 days!

Puts the Hoffman crew to shame.

Not hard.

Maybe if they spent less time praying and more time reading a GCSE geology textbook they'd have some more gold.

Why - do they accidentally bury Todd?

They showed Tony's mine in one of the earlier seasons and it was nothing like the one they showed in this season. First thing I thought when Tony got called back to his mine was that it is a BS story line to make things a bit more exciting.
