Car inspection in Cardiff?

Hi forumites, East Angian here with no time to go and see a car in Cardiff. I've driven teh same model here (but ropey), so might buy sight unseen.

So I wonder if any of you folks have used and would recommend a local car inspection service? CF11 postcode.
