Cheapest way of ordering foreign currency?

I only use Fairfx online - money arrives next day if you order before a certain time (13.30?).
Not necessarily the best rate, but still very good compared to the High Street crooks.
I've been wondering about these online money exchange services - but I notice FairFx are offering exactly the same rate on Euro's at the moment as the Post Office - I guess Euros have to be the most competitive currency so there's not much to save shopping around? Just had a quick look.
Post Office would give you 1230 Euros on their online rate.
Fairfx 1240 Euros
I use Sainsburys (1233 Euros) as I can pick up from my local store which is convenient. The online people will only deliver to your home address, not to work which is a hassle for me.
Halifax Clarity card gets a good rate with no commission charges on foreign purchases.
