Up for sale, two if not three owners since I did the original work, and it's been totally ruined.

Excuse the squashed aspect ratio, but here it is how it was, paint was perfect, BRIDE seats, VOLK wheels, only the best. Ground up rebuild to house the T04Z with water injection, fully mapped by RE:Worx, and within 5000 miles of me selling it, it appears to have had another rebuild !

Probably indicative of selling it to a 20 year old guy who didn't even know the RX7 was a rotary engine.....

Gutting really.

To be fair, someone who sprayed a car pearlescent green isn't really in a position to say that someone else ruined it winkbiggrin
And lacquer doesn't fall of on it's own, so it sounds like maybe the paint job wasn't done as well as it could.

But, more constructively, there are a huge number of things that can cause a rotary to fail - had you upgraded the ignition system? replaced the loom? Changed the pump/filters/pump wiring? Not really fair to blame it on the current owner.

Not sure 'state of ruin' is particularly fair.

Rip out the sound system, change the wheels, respray it in a less marmite colour and I could live with that.

Should definitely be priced higher though biggrin
