I don't have a battery master switch myself however to remove the heated screen you'll need to cut the wires and then crimp on some Japanese bullet connectors. These are small enough of diameter to fit through the scuttle grommets.

Just got back from my first nighttime blat, only downer were the amount of bugs hitting my face and the sodding gravel that has recently been spread! Apart from that it was superb biggrin
I had my first aeroscreened nighttime blat last night too. Wow! If anyone thinks driving a Caterham is a thrill - and without doubt it is - then they will be positively shocked by driving one at night with an aeroscreen. The word 'involvement' doesn't do it justice!

Well I'm now sporting a clear Aeroscreen. Without doubt I'll miss the asthetics of the RiF carbon screen, but you can't beat being able to see where you're going!

I used my aeroscreen today a Bedford. Great fun!

I've been thinking of colour coding my nose and putting on black double stripes for a while. You've just convinced me!

Maybe aeroscreen too!

I've just realised I haven't actually driven a Caterham with a screen yet. I'll give it a go one day.

Where'd you get that screen from?

After my first trackday yesterday with the RiF Aeroscreen on, I loved it but had the same issue with you and agree re function over form! So a clear screen will be ordered this week and RiF one already for sale on Blatchat. Will post on here too. :-)

Did you have to drill your mirrors?! Looks like you went for the SPA option? Got Racetech's on the RiF!

Yes I had to drill all the holes required, but it's not difficult. Just use decent metal drill bits and set the drill to a slow speed. Easy.

I popped out for fuel and did 80 miles in mine yesterday. Although at first I missed the sexy carbon aesthetic of the RiF screen, I now don't even think about it. There's 100% no way I'd go back and LOVE the clear screen, but then again I am only 5ft 9 with lowered floor and tillets.
