Just off Liverpool Road. Seems to tick enough of the boxes, apart from "unfurnished" so I'll probably be looking at storage soon!

20 minute walk to Angel. Not bad but we be a sod when Arsenal are playing at home.

Depends which side, east of it is nice but west not so much.
