Fundraising hasn't been allowed in PH without permission for a long while. Posting rule 5 mentions it

That's an all embracing rule! it doesn't mean that you are using someone else username it means that you are not allowed to post charity threads. You are also not allowed to choose a username that reflects a company or trading name.
You raised a charity thread that was the reason for deletion, they are not allowed unless you have gained prior approval.
