Suggestion for a business review site?

Hi. I would like to give our customers the opportunity to comment on our business and service, thus direct them to a review site, e.g. 'review centre'. Is this the best one, or are there any others that are worthy of consideration? I'd also like it to be free or as cheap as possible.

Which review site to use is best determined by which industry you are in. Who is your biggest rival? Go check out where they have got most of their reviews and go use that site.
