2 year old Mini Cooper 1.6D not been serviced for 36k miles

I suspect I know the answer to this already but I am looking at a 2 year Mini Cooper 1.6D convertible (for the wife!) that was registered in June 2012 and has done 36K miles with 0 services! This was supposed to have been serviced at 20K miles or 2 years, whichever is sooner.

The asking price is quite good but I'm guessing avoid?

If not from MINI UK, check with them to see if if had been carried and the booked not stamped up. 99% of MINIs are sold with the TLC pack.

Thanks for that! We contacted Mini and they confirmed that it had had a service and said the dealership can stamp the service book once we bought the car. So we did!
