Yes, Aston's customer service has been fantastic. I am very grateful and happy.
I know we all like to moan at AM but sometimes the little things make all the difference. Photos all the way down the production line is great.KF it looks fantastic. Can't think what you will 'enhance' but look forward to the thread in the next few months

Love the wheels. I see it's the older style grille rather than the UK N430 version. Great colour too.
Not sure I know what you mean. The grille is the same as on the N430. My car will be getting the standard grille replaced with the genuine V12VS carbon fiber grille when it goes through "Q" though. KarlFranz said:

Is it having anything else done whilst it's at Q? Are you going for the yellow bits or not? Which is the first bit that will get pulled off and wrapped when it gets to the other side of the pond? The suspense would be killing me. I was bad enough waiting the 10 days whilst my pre-owned V8V was being prepped and this is on an entirely different level.V8V Pete said:

Just to be clear, I am Q. KarlFranz said:

if you're thinking of going from this..to this..
you need to talk to William about how many hours it took to do on his car! (You might already know but it was far from a 10 min job!)
The only reason it wasn't a 10-minute job for William was because he was changing the front bumper from the older style which requires new wheel well liners, undertray, and the new bumper itself. Changing the grille is a trivial task.
That said, taking apart and putting back together the bodywork on these cars does not scare me. It's actually pretty easy.

When I was talking to him about it he mentioned a number of engine bay components had to be relocated as well - horns I think I was just one - you know what you're doing more than I do, thats for sure. That said, taking apart and putting back together the bodywork on these cars does not scare me. Has she sailed yet KF ?
The wait is agonizing. I went to the dealer on Saturday and out front sat a shiny black new GT - the first one they have received. So I had them check the status on mine and it said it was sitting at the distribution center and won't arrive to the dealership until September 22 which means it hasn't even set sail yet even though it was finished a couple of weeks ago.
