275 18 Tyres. Does anyone have these?

Looking for a big favour.

I've just been let down royally by Michelin. Basically I had a run flat tyre delaminate on me so took the opportunity to replace all four with Michelin Pilot Super Sports.

I've had the fronts fitted and waiting on the rears to be delivered which was due in today. I've just been told that they are going to be a further 2 weeks before they will be delivered leaving me with a car that I need to use daily with a 2 inch strip on metal cording showing through.

Obviously it cannot be driven like that so wondering if any kind piston header had a spare 275/18 tyre (ideally 40) spare that I could borrow for two weeks until mine are delivered.

Happy to pay beer tokens if anyone could help me out of a hole.

There's a pair of tyres being stripped off some wheels and disposed, at a garage nr Gatwick, right now. They are 265 18s, not sure of the profile. They were stretched on to 275/18 wheels. Probably too little notice, but if you responded in the next few minutes I could call them up and get them to set to one side.
