I've been at my current job for only 15 months. It was only today when my second hand rusty Princess 4 pot calipers arrived in the office, the question was raised as to how/who will refurbish them, and the workshop manager piped up "you could always use the bead blasting bay". So there hidden around a corner in the workshop is a most lovely blasting cabinet. I can foresee some competition in the near future for Mr Ziga's blingy engine bay..........

Set of ally rockers covers will be the first job.

Glass bead or plastic? I have one cabinet full of glass and another full of 80 grit AlOx which really shifts the sh!t biggrin

Avoid breathing the dust like the plague; self-cleaning lungs weren't on nature's spec sheet for the human body...

ETA if they're really rusty then glass bead might not shift it - or at least not quickly.
Also, if you're not planning to replace the pistons then you may want to give some thought to protecting them from the blast so it doesn't damage the chroming.

Second hand set of rockers covers, spare plenum and other assorted bits now "in stock" ready for some blasting.
