Majorca (or similar) - Villa to sleep approx 20?

For next summer....does anyone have any recommendations for somewhere near to bit a life (discos for the kids, good restaurants) with a nice pool and generally not sheite, to sleep approx 20 in total. 4 families with several kids.

Doesn't have to be Majorca, any Balearic island or similar place will do the trick.
