Xbox One With Forza 5 and Titanfall

Hi Guys

I need to get an xbox one today. Preferably with Forza 5 and Titan Fall.

Do I need a Kinnect? I'm a "static" gamer so not sure if I need it or not.

Can I get it with hard copies of the game? I can see on Game site its a forza 5 download ....

And battlefield 4 if the missus reads this.
