Missing tap part

Hoping someone here could help.
Can anyone tell me what the part at the bottom of the tap is called? Shown on the right of the image.

I am missing it and its proving hard to explain on the phone.

Is that the picture of the spout, looks like it is on a 3 hole basin tap set. If you tell them on the phone the spout tee piece is missing, they should understand what you mean.

exactly its a 3 hole tap.
That isnt the exact tap but its the only picture I could find online.
