Gents, I am investigating availability of alternatives via a few knowledgeable auto industry supply chain people.

Should there be a mk3 brand new Fiesta equivalent set up made available in the £200 to £400 range, how many would want one?

bear in mind that the griffith, chimaera and cerbera use the same servo, so you might need to ask more than just the S owners.

yes I would. Just need to ensure I'm getting the right one, as currently have no idea what the brake servo for a V8 is from. Noticed rust at the bottom

Much obliged Paul - I had started to read all the threads and parts lists - but it was already not that clear, so useful to know, and therefore definitely in on this. Pete

I think I read somewhere that one of the TVR Specialists had started to get these re-manufactured. I think it may have been in Sprint?

You may need to consider that when I researched this, I found some info on this forum about the fact that the servo must be matched to the master cylinder and I recall there was some comment that the Saab and Fiesta ones don't directly mix so if you get a Fiesta servo, you will also need a Fiesta master cylinder.

I managed to find the last matched pair a few months ago...for around 400 plus pounds for the pair, which seemed to be the going rate.

PS: Changing the servo model will also mean modifying the hole pattern in the bulkhead (by angle drill or file, but Andrew C did a good article of how he did it on the web.

Already with you Andy. It seems that there is quite a potential demand here...

I have a 1992 S3C, and have been looking at this too, so if the price is right I would be interested in a set. cheers
