Haven't done them personally, but iirc they're sierra ones and you're talking about the handbrake spring yeah?

Watched a mate do them on his cossie and it involved two people a lot of swearing and mole grips. Whilst watching them do it I thought about how I would do it on my own and came up with much the same as this, which is why I managed to find pictures on google
