Mobilo Life - Breakdown on holiday

On Sunday my parents have broken down in France on holiday, in their dealer-supplied and serviced 3-yr old C-Class. They've called the mobile number and the car has been recovered. They've been told they'll probably get it back today.
It's a long time since I had a Mercedes so my memory is a bit rusty, but I did think that Mercedes would provide a replacement vehicle. Does anyone know if that is in fact the case?

Last summer my 4 yr old E-class broke down and was recovered by Mobilo and yes i received a courtesy car while mine was being repaired.
Never used them before and I have to say the service was exceptional, they arranged a taxi to take me to work the following day and dropped the courtesy car off at my office:-)
