So my PO was in getting a service and the Jeweller has suffered an armed robbery frown

It's a small business and the guy has apparently suffered horrific injuries to his hands as a machete was used. His assistant was shaken up in a big way too from what I have been told.

I feel pretty sorry for the guy as he has always been decent enough with me, and bought a couple of nice pieces from him in the past.

So got to wait for his insurance to pay out before I can then look at replacing it, but really feel I want another PO!

How awful. I hope his hands are able to heal up.

mad

Scumbags. I hope they are caught and given a suitable punishment... after they're in prison.

Scum. One of my stores got robbed in a similar fashion with axes. Made off with around £100k of Rolex's and Diamond Rings, thankfully they didn't have access to any customer owned items and most importantly my staff were unharmed, albeit very shaken up.

That's st, I hope the scum have something worse happen to them.

If the jeweller's insurance doesn't pay out I hope your house insurance will cover it. Personally I'd hate to hassle someone who'd suffered such a traumatic event about my relatively insignificant watch.
