I asked him on one of his YouTube videos.

He said that he'd just got bored of it now. Though, I can't see how one day you can decide that you are just bored after 30k posts lol
Post one of his vids please.
I'll have a hunt - this was quite a while ago! smile

I was thinking about him recently.

Had a weekend away in a 'stang convertible. It was unbelievably crap. Every time I looked at it I thought of 300....

Wherever he may be, know that if someone asks for suggestions on which practical family car to buy, his suggestions will involve old American muscle cars.

My favourite "seriously?" suggestion of his was a PT Cruiser convertible as a good option for someone considering a Saab 9-3, Volvo C70, BMW 3 series, Audi A4 and talking about how stylish it was and how it would be a nicer place to be. All backed up with pictures to show just how fking awful a piece of st it was. That one has really stuck with me.

Those PT Cruisers are terrible, hateful, hateful pieces of absolute st.
Burn them with fire.
Whenever I see one I always thing "This person must have given up on life, completely".

Pleaaaaase! The best time was when someone with a circa £20K budget wanted a family car that was reliable, fast, economical etc and amongst the waves of Audi, BMW, Merc responses was 300bhp/ton offering links to Ferrari Mondials in the classifieds and then when everyone started to bash him he stuck by his choice saying it was the best option! hehe

The pre-T ones with the transverse V8 do offer the advantage of more affordable cambelt services.

There will be another Vladimir though. Just as soon as some old boy suddenly inherits some cash and buys a new car for cash for the first time and feels so proud that they have to mention it on every thread. I'm surprised he didn't just add a signature to save himself some time ever day.
