Is it worth using this after lunch or are you better off just brushing/doing nothing/rinsing with water?

Depends on how fishy your lunch was...

I'd only use Dentyl Mouthwash.

Can't harm and it's going to be better than water.

If it's got fluoride in it in then rinsing after lunch can help repair any very early decay.

If you brush after lunch with a fluoride toothpaste then there's no point.

Would feel a bit of a plonker brushing teeth in the office but can just about get off with a quick mouthwash

I have a wisdom tooth coming through and have been using mouth wash in the mornings and evening after brushing, I discussed with my dentist and here thoughts on it are that mathwash is a waste of money and that salt water is just as good/adequate alternative. I suppose mouth wash will give you fresher breath though, personally if i was you id take in a toothbrush and toothpaste who gives a fk what people think.
