Who thinks this site has gone down hill

Based on tonights episodes and the obvious fact they have just removed another topic claiming its not up for debate when, hang on a minute thats why the guy posted it, of cause its up for debate you muppet.
The consensus on here is nobody was nobody was offended by the other post by a regular PH fan and poster.

So why close the topic?

I think most of the regular posters have found it to have gone down hill.
I certainly have after the shenanigans tonight with Crimp A Length's post that was the icing on the cake for me really

It went down hill when the financial crisis hit, since then it's been nothing but. "What's my car worth" and more recently "what's my air cooled car worth ?"

Not sure that anyone actually drives them anymore, we get threads bemoaning high mileage GT3 RSs at 15k and other such silliness.

Without doubt it's gone down the pan.

Apollo can create havoc for months, swear at most most members, contradict himself and claim to be Andreas's best m8 but never gets banned yet Crimp who has been a long standing member of this forum for many years post which is arguable a 'wreckless' post and gets binned immediately without a 2nd chance makes no sense.

I get the mods have 'rules' to work within but some common sense needs to prevail.

Banning crimp now is not a good long term move for the forum .
Anyone else agree ?

The fact there has been so many threads tonight on the same subject shows it clearly is up for debate and also shows the strength of feeling on what feels like an injustice. I've not posted this much before so clearly it is relevant. Look at the people who are posting on this subject, some have been around for a very long time and have made thousands of posts. WE SHOULD NOT BE IGNORED!!

Not wrong and same here really pissed me off to be honest, they'll be some spotty graduate now (moderator) sat laughing at us. Its a power thing yet they can't stand up and be counted, they make a weak statement then shut the thread, i'm guessing this will be shut in a bit PMSL if they do

Been a member here for 10 years. It's definitely gone downhill. Splitting the forums was the death knell IMO. Most information/chat/knowledge sharing is now happening in Facebook groups - and with an international perspective rather than UK-centric opinion. Time to move on...
