Soldering suspension level sensor

The wire connector has broken off my suspension level sensor where it connects to the ecu and th only connector I can gt come pre attached to a bit of wire with no chance of dismantling it just wondering if I solder the 2 wires together would the signal still be ok ?

Yep, just remember to seal it from the elements.

Ideally, stick a bit of heat shrink over the join to give it support and seal it.
