I have a Carrera Kraken and on the rear the pads binde/grab as you go along getting worse and worse (fine when you first start off)
I cant see any way to adjust and if it was a car I would suspect a swollen seal holding the piston out and not letting it go back fully
any ideas ???

Without knowing the brand of brakes or the type it's hard to say really.

Sometimes it's just a matter of adding a shim washer to move the calliper position over a touch, the slightest drag causes heat build up and then expansion infreases the concern.

Could also be worth removing the pads and making sure the pistons retract all the way and adding a bit of lube to the pad slides and contact points.

Try loosening the mounting screws a little then apply brake firmly and re-tighten the mounting screws while keeping the brake applied.
