We're likely to be moving soon and the house we're hoping to secure doesn't have a garage. It does, however, have space to build a double garage. As this will take time I need to find somewhere to store my car and trailer.

Does anybody know of secure storage suitable for me? It doesn't matter if it's a short drive from Bristol (but near to Bristol is preferable) and I don't think I'll need access to it so it can sit there for a few months under a tarpaulin.

I've kept race cars / trailers / motorhomes and other goodies with Clive over the years here. I highly highly recommend him.

Thanks Owen, I found his site on a google search. Prices aren't bad and if you'd happily leave a racing car there then that's good enough for me. I'll give him a shout and see what we can come up with

Another vote of recommendation for Clive from me - I keep a couple of cars with him.

Finally got round to calling Clive and he'll be looking after my car from tomorrow. I named dropped Owen and I think he might have given me a little off.

Cheers for that

Neil Garmer has storage at his place at Kemble. That's quite close to Bristol.

Indeed I did, I was dropping off my motorhome in the afternoon. very nice and glad you got sorted. Clive is a great guy and has always been flexible with collections and drop-offs as well which helps.

Following on from my original post.

My plans for the garage are on the back burner due to more pressing work needing doing to the house so I'm now looking for something that I can use to store the car AND do work on it. Really I need a double garage or bigger to use. As it happens, I have 2 other friends in a similar situation and they would happily go thirds on a larger property.

Most commercial properties are bigger (and therefore more expensive) than what we need so I'm putting this out there to see if any PHers happen to have any workshop space in South Glos or North Bristol that they want to rent out? Even if you already occupy a building and are happy to rent a corner out?

Cheers
