Hello folks

Has anybody had "Warning code 3" on startup in the display of his Tuscan? My Mk2 S has been showing this message for the last few days during starting. It usually clears after a few seconds but sometimes it then runns a little rough and does not want to idle. After a few minutes then all is back to normal.
In the usual resources i could not find anything on that code.

Cheers Jens

I had a list somewhere of the mk2 warning codes but it'll take a few days to find it as I'm getting married on Friday.
Do you have the diagnostic software and a cable? If so maybe worth clearing the adaptives and start again to see if it occurs.

Running rough at idle could be a number of things so I wouldn't want to guess: :-(

Jens....I may be wrong, but I think there is a list of codes in Graham Varley's manual.

You might access the manual through Google?

Check ground cables and clean/spray all electrical connectors.
Samme occurs after power spray of engine bay.
Maybe also bad battery.

You cannot see all via diagnostics.

@ Nick Thanks but i couldn´t find this particular faultcode in Grahams orange Bible.

@ Uwe Vielen Dank! Battery is new, will check and spray all connectors i can find. All groundpoints i have seen have been checked and have been tight.

Fault & error codes are listed in this Topic should be the same for a Tuscan

Thank´s Nick! That was what i was looking for but couldn`t find.
So no worries anymore as the oilpressure is fine. Just the usual TVR gremlins.
