Fishy fingers?

Sadly I don't like Sushi frown.

I'm thinking Italian, who doesn't like pasta or pizza?

Me, it's bland ste that needs no thought.

Can be good if you dont want to focus on anything good to eat and let conversation be the main thing, but awful if you want to step out a bit from the norm.

Im amazed that you haven't been snapped up yet with such a witty repertoire. I suspect your problem is being attracted to adult women wink

Pizza is fattening (all that flour and cheese/pepperoni). Picnic? wink

Picnic does sound like a good idea somewhen! Maybe when it isn't raining though.

Nandos? Or Mexican? Most people like chicken/chips/salad/pitta wraps.

Funny you should mention that, we didn't go for dinner in the end, I ended up showing how bad I was at bowling, and went for a couple of drinks after.

As we walked out we walked pass a Mexican restaurant, had a look at the menu outside and said it looked nice. Got a text from her earlier asking when I'm free to go there smile.

First date in 12 years this afternoon after separating in Feb.
It's been a long time.

Smart Jeans, Shirt, Jacket.
Shoes polished.

Wish me luck!

Just home.
4pm coffee date was pushed back to 6 o'clock wine!
Bonus.

Genuinely lovely girl, but I felt rusty!
12 years out of the dating loop is a long time.
I'm quite confident in myself, but still felt a little nervous.

I've received a text back saying that she had a great evening.
We will see what develops.

Good luck smile.

I'm back from my third date with her this week.

Went really well again. Dinner at a Mexican restaurant which was nice. Strange popcorn on the table though.

As we walked back to the car we arranged to meet up again on Tuesday. Was going to be the cinema, but got a text from her shortly ago inviting me to hers.

I'm bound to do something to fk it up, but enjoying how it's going so far.

Finally had date number 2 on Saturday, went amazingly.

Both trying to find a time for number 3 but again busy schedules ruin it! Didn't mind the slow pace before - its starting to annoy me now though.... But come October onward none of us have any holidays/work trips outstanding so should pick up then!

Does anyone have any experience of using Match.com

I am looking for a long term relationship rather than a quick fling.

Just wondered if Match.com may offer me better options rather than the Tinder / POF route.

3rd date with the 6ft Tinder match was a blow out, that won't be going any further.

Plus side, I matched with a nice looking Columbian only 10 miles away. Hot head Latina.... what could possibly go wrong... hehe

I created an account a year or so ago, got hundreds of hits so I signed up properly on one of their 3 months for 1 deals............. then the hits magically dropped off...... odd that...

Some of the women on there were perfectly nice, most though didn't seem to know what they wanted< or wanted someone/something waaaaay out of their league, but they believe they had paid £13.99 so were entitled to await George Clooney arriving on a stick.

A good friend of mine ahs signed up for e-harmony and he ahs had a few dates with, broadly speaking, very compatible ladies so I may give that a try, though the name keeps making me do a small sick in my mouth when I think about signing up. POF and Tinder are generally good fun if you don't take yourself too serious and take the rough with the smooth
