Anyone local able to look at a Caterham for me please?

Hi everyone,

I usually frequent the south coast forum, but thought I'd poke my nose in here to ask for help!

My brother and I are looking to buy a Caterham, but due to work commitments, we can't find any time off together to go and view one! It's perfect for us and we're happy to buy it, but we need someone to have a look over it, check the paperwork and confirm it's genuine and worth buying. I'm not asking for a full engineer's report, just a usual check over.

Would anyone be willing to do this for us? The car is in Buckingham, we're down in the New Forest so it's a bit of a drive up for us. As my brother is in the Royal Navy, he's currently on defence watches and our hours are conflicting with each other at the moment!

Alternatively, is there a company in the area that would do this?

As the thunder and lightning comes down here in (not-so) sunny Northampton, I'd be happy to help you out some time this/next week. I drive through Buckingham every day of the week to work/home, so could pop round the seller one day after work. Am by no means a mechanic, and do not have a Caterham myself, but I'd like to think my Westfield is comparable enough
