I have a 2005 Mondeo 2.2 TDCi with 180,000 miles on her now. She is in great condition with 13 Ford dealer stamps in the book and I would like to keep her in tip top shape. It's probably time for a suspension refresh - there's no particular problem but it would be nice to have her back to "as new" suspension wise.

What parts should I think about replacing? I had the rear subframe bushes done earlier this year so they are fine. I was thinking front and rear springs and shocks, anti roll bar bushes, drop links front and rear... anything else? Suspension top mounts?

Also, was thinking of putting better shocks in, such as Bilstein S4's. Are they worth it over the standard Ford item? I was also going to get some Eibach lowered springs as Fordpartsuk have the set for £150, which I think is a decent price.

All thoughts welcome smile
