Spent the last few days doing medium tank missions in the T28HTC line. Got fed up trying for the incinerator one (+1 tier tank on fire, rng heaven...) so decided to do the ramming one instead. One thing about WOT I find is that if you are going to do something rash, its best done with total commitment...who would have thought Cromwells could fly 
Came out of it with one very dead and slightly flatter hellcat and a Cromwell in surprisingly good nick.

For those who are still clan-less or are looking for a PH alternative, I just took charge of my clan's road-map progression and recruitment.
Called ISU (International Soldiers United).

We are a social clan at the core, but are now looking to do some competitive play to enable our members to earn in game gold once in a while. We'll start with strongholds for now, though eventually will be looking to hold some territory also.
The basic joining requirement is 51%+ win rate and 1500+ WN8 rating as well as 2 tier 10s that can be used in clanwars and at least 1 tier 8 that can be used in strongholds (i.e. an IS3 or 1390 etc, T69 etc) Though these numbers are just there as a guide to indicate that the recruit is not incapable of improving and has a basic handle on the game's mechanics, applications are considered on individual basis and those who do not strictly fit these numbers would still be considered.
The bigger criteria for joining is being able and WANTING to use teamspeak and socialise when on-line. That is inviting and accepting invites to platoons, teams, strongholds and using TS3 also.
We already have some good talent in the clan, a couple of strongholds and clanwars commanders and there is usually always someone online willing to platoon up for missions or just to grind.

P.S. If you are looking for a hardcore teamsport clan, we're not it. We just want to keep our real life commitments as they are, but make the time we are online more rewarding.

I dont play above T7s now as T8s to T10s are where most dumb players live now.
Found my stats thet are: last 1000 battles of W8: 920 and performance rating of 1288 all above average
which makes a surprise with all the retards I get stuck with.

My performance rating has markedly dropped after 7500 game. Yet my WN8, win-rate, avg damage and ave experience have all increased, over the same period.
TBH, the only one I give any attention to is the win-rate. Always amuses me when I get in-game "advice" from people with a 47% win-rate

I find the stats quite useful personally to know if someone I am side scraping against is likely to aim for the one tiny weakspot i have exposed. Also it's a good indicator to know if someone I am holding down a flank with is going to support my push and capitalise on me soaking up damage or just leave me to die then use my corpse as cover and possibly call me a noob afterwardsI dont play above T7s now as T8s to T10s are where most dumb players live now.

Being somewhat competitive I derive fun by being better than my opponents, I think that's the whole point of the game. I totally get people who play just for "pew pew" fun also and don't judge them unless they are complete retards who seemingly fail to draw even a simplest parallel between their actions and their effects.
Oh had a fantastic night last night. Came from work, first game in the T-34 did my MT mission with honours. You know, the one I have been moaning about not being able to complete it since friday.
Also had a great match in my T-34-2 on the Arctic Region map, completely stopping an IS-3, STA-1, a AT25/2 and and one of those really low russian mediums from advancing while my team slowly but surely dispatched everyone else. Soaked up 3k damage with my turret and dealt 3.2k damage in the process. Was epic!
