Having observed a certain Lotus Elise arrive at a bodyshop at it's expected arrival date, yet get repaired a little too quickly, then return to it's owner having only had a portion of the work paid for by the insurance company actually done, it made me think how many owners actually have any idea what's being done once they are one or pehaps two degrees removed in an insurance repair?
