A sorry sight to see Richard frown

Of course the main thing is your not reporting any injury to yourself, looks like quite a shunt.

I attended the Quay for my car event last Friday in Poole and the journey home was heavy rain only stopping about 10 mile from home. Me and Cerbera took it easy all the way home 50-55 most of the way occasional 60 here and there but 50 felt more planted,a lot of standing water across the road but still being passed by cars at 90+.

Again good news your ok but sad to see your picture... Good luck in the rebuild thumbup

Thanks Jas, yes no damage to me or anything else around me so lucky in that respect "we can rebuild it" is the phrase that comes to mind
Loads of bit arrived here already so its a project to keep me going

Glad you are ok, but I have to say that's a bit over the top for getting rid of your stone chips yikes

Hope all goes well fixing it and hope we will see you back on the road soon.

Happy to hear nothing happened to you.
All the rest can be repaired. Maybe just a good time to take the body off anyway for repair and make sure the chassis
is fit for the next years. Feel sort for you, but hopefully all can be done over the winter so you
can enjoy your car again next summer

Main thing is that you're ok. Encouraging that the damage seems limited to fibreglass only & Clives Y piece survived !! Good luck with the repair & keep the faith brother.

Keep your chin up, sorry to hear about all your issues.

Use it as an opportunity to do any niggles & keep thinking how good it'll look when it's done!

Good luck, & every second is time nearer to you back on the road,
T

Know exactly how you feel, recently lost the front of mine to a motor bike. Insurance have written the car off. I have just bought it back and just received a cheque, so like you it will soon be off to fiberon for a new nose.

That will come out at least as good as new. Amazing how they can repair fibreglass.

Unfortunately GRP does tend to shatter and break so can end up a bit of a mess, but on the plus side it does have very good impact absorbtion properties so every cloud..

Good luck with the repair and perhaps post some pictures as you go along

Sorry to see your car in this state but glad you're OK!

The old Clarkson phrase of "it will buff out" clearly doesn't apply!!!

As others have said, once repaired it will be better than before.

Good luck.
