A321 Roadworks south of Wokingham. Again!

So they are digging up the A321 south of Wokingham just past Tesco again, with the usual traffic lights and congestion that comes with it.
Does anyone have any idea what they are doing this time? They only finished digging up that whole stretch replacing water pipelines a few months ago and now they are digging it up again!
