I also thinks its great to see, even in those conditions, they look really old then biggrin
also, never seen such type cosworth valve-cover before, was that an option at the time or just some old tuning.

It belongs to a friend of mine who doesn't come on here. The car is 'used', although in fact he hasn't used it for a couple of years. I think you are referring to the wheels, which were chosen purely to give him more choice of modern tyres. They are 16 inch split rims, they came from Image in Wolverhampton about 12 years ago. It does look like he had cleaned them before that photo, because usually they are caked in brake dust.
