one piece powerflex bushes

hi i got some bushes for the front wishbones i was expecting 2 pieces plus the steel insert but there a single bush plus the tube any advise on getting them in. im strugeling.

Hot water - get them warm!

grease em with the supplied grease and put wishbone and bush in a vice, turn in slowly, wiggle a bit and the're in (once you get the hang of it, its simples)

I changed out to the one piece poly bushings supplied by David Gerald. Clean and grease up where the bushings are going (the white stuff provided ) and then pop the bushings in a kettle for a few minutes.....while youre brewing one up, I pulled them into the housing with a piece of threaded bar and some big washers. The only issue was making sure they are started square on , but once they start they slide right in there. When i opened the box of new bushings and saw they were one piece i thought S**t, but they do go in.

perhaps stating the obvious, but its bushes in first and only then the steel sleeves (also in the vice..)

Yep thanks guys I got the hang of it I was worried they were going to split but nice and slow is the answer
