is it illegal for police to tell press of a raid etc?
Discussion
I wouldn't have thought so as this morning there was a "smash your door in" cop show on tv and they actually had the press with them taking photographs of the "master key" being applied, I do however wonder what the cops think they might find in Cliff's house 40 years or whatever on that would be of any importance? Fishing trip?

Why is it only alleged sex offenders that certain PH'ers feel the need to white knight? No one ever started a thread about the press being tipped off when they're present for the myriad of large scale drugs raid across the country but when it concerns a possible sex offense, uproar.
because a sex offense in the eyes of the world is the worse crime possible and you will be labeled foreverpetemurphy said:

Is it? Really? What, worse than, say, murdering a child?
maybe not murdering a child but i'd rather be labelled a murderer than a paedoGassing Station | Speed, Plod & the Law | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
