Beaconsfield M40

What happened just south of the Beaconsfield M40 exit yesterday? Southbound traffic on the road to Slough was being directed up the wrong side of the dual carriageway stretch but there didn't seem to be any obvious reason.

If this is the accident a couple of (then very late!) customers mentioned it was a Smart car into the back of a stationary lorry.
