Like eye watering high.. On idle for the MOT. On fast "idle" it drops and dips under the limit..

Is this a Cerb thing or where to look at running rich? It was setup not so long ago and only done 1k since. Could it just need a bit of an Italian tune-up?

What are the CO readings at idle and at fast idle?
Were the other readings within limits too?

Idle 1.9 irrc HC's were 500

Fast idle it dipped under 0.2 but wouldn't stay, HC's were 50.

Have you got the diagnostic software and lead? Its over-fuelling at idle so I'd be looking at the water temp sensor, the air temp sensor, then the readings from the lambda sensors and throttle pots.
As it seems to get better at 2,500+ rpm it suggests maybe the lambdas are not working correctly or the throttle pots are a little out.

It has 2 new tp's and was setup 12months/2k ago.

I cannot get my software to connect to my ECU.. Need to try the 3 pin lead next.

Have you checked for cracks in the manifolds?

I forgot that you need to have ignition on AND immobiliser off for the software to connect. Also set the port to COM1.

I would very much hope there are no cracks in my manifolds!!

Need to have some play time with the Cerb again really.. Not sure when that will be though!
