Touching up alloy wheel scuffs

I'v scuffed a couple of my alloy wheels. Can anyone recommend a decent touch up kit or method?

I don't want to start rubbing down and spraying the the entire wheel as I think it's a bit of a waste of time with rattle can paint, I just want to tidy up the scrapes and avoid any corrosion or bubbling.
