Phantom Mk IV question

Everyday I pass by train the VW dealers in Wolverhampton, tucked away in the open next to the railway is a metallic blue Phantom MkIV. The car sits in the open but is very well cared for and disappears now and then, I can find no images of what might be a fairly distinctive car but did find this link to a German registered car which is identical. http://ipocars.com/vinfo/rolls_royce/phantom_vi-19... Given the German connection I wonder if it's the same car?
