After much deliberation, many changes of mind about what to do and a long wait. The cars finally gone to powers for a rebuild. Hopefully I'll get it back soon so I can put a few miles on it this year
Cams badly worn and the top of one of the valves is damaged. There looked to be some evidence of metal in the oil which I suspect was coming from the cams. Oil pressure was ok but not as high as it could be I guess.
