No, no, no.

It's the councillors, police and social services to blame wink
It's the labour party, well Tony Blair (universal applause)
Ok ok. It was the rapists, councillors, police, social services and the labour party to blame. Have we missed anyone out?

Thanks; we caught it briefly over here but details down to specific communities was not covered when I watched.
It would really boil your piss if you read about it. Utter utter scum.
Maybe some have left to fight for Allah. Didn't the head of police for that area refuse to resign?

To me, the ones that got convicted for these crimes seem more like lowlife thugs and cowards rather than the ones your see on the IS videos. Could be wrong though, and I doubt many people would be against dropping these rapist scum in the middle of a battlefield to fend for themselves. Lets see how brave they are then.

Excuse me, but when his name is mentioned it must be preceded by a darkening room and ominous G-tones being piped in so we may know it's coming.

Directly from the report:

[quote] By far the majority of perpetrators were described as 'Asian' by victims, yet throughout the entire period, councillors did not engage directly with the Pakistani-heritage community to discuss how best they could jointly address the issue. Some councillors seemed to think it was a one-off problem, which they hoped would go away. Several staff described their nervousness about identifying the ethnic origins of perpetrators for fear of being thought racist; others remembered clear direction from their managers not to do so.

If it's that PC, then I suppose it's all hopeless anyway. Just a matter of time now.

Indeed, sending weapons of mass condescension over to us is surely a crime against humanity

We would drop him on ISIS but I think it is against the Geneva Convention and cruelty to animals legislation.

Don't discredit your idea right off. He may make their heads explode like the aliens on "Mars Attacks" when certain annoying music was played.

Perhaps because he's British, born in England. Where do you suggest that your government deports British citizens to?
Australia used to be a good place, perhaps we need a new one.
May I suggest... Rockall.
How about Gruinard?
