This is goin to open a right can of worms, there is another biker video on youtube where he pretty much does the same.

A good ban and very likely a retest coming for this moron.

I think the landowner is milking it, no way a bit of wire and wooden post would cost a grand to fix. Why did the commentator on the video mention a stone wall? There was no stone wall at all.

Maybe he's asking for £1K to remove the rest of the fence, so that when the next thick-as-pigshyte-organ-donor-candidate biker fails to make the corner he won't have to worry about them auto-decapitating on the wire, but merely smearing themselves to a pulp on the adjacent scenery?

If i was the landowner, I'd be recovering costs as well. Why should he have to fork out for helmet cam man's utter muppetry?

He should have had no trouble getting round the corner at that speed but if you watch the rest of the video his road positioning is generally rubbish and he was riding way to fast for his level of skill. Agree it was likely target fixation, I assume he saw the car, panicked, went for the brake and stood the bike up rather than just leaning in to the corner.

You're obviously ignoring the fact that if there had been anything on his side of the road as he went round the corner he would've ploughed straight into it at that speed. It's a public road not a racetrack.

You drive a motor vehicle. A motor vehicle is anything self-propelled that does not run on tracks or rails.
