Just a quick heads up guys. Please be very careful about advertising an event. If a post has even a sniff of self promotion then it will need to be removed as yes, we will and do get reports flying in.

If you know of an event which is relevant, please add it to the WiKi. Do not post separately.
Cheers.

Thanks Al. So if I understand correctly we can discuss stuff we're doing which is why the Mini Miglia thread survived, but we can't say "Here's my event, please come along"? If we can get away with a simple listing then at least people know what's on in the area.

The Autosolo on Sunday is looking like a good one. Couple of good drivers on the entry list and cars include a Rage buggy and Caterham among the usual hatchbacks. They're running us two at a time on parallel courses as well.

10am to 4pm, Makro Manchester (M30 7RT) if you want to see what they're all about. Free, obviously. More of a participation sport than a spectator sport though to be honest!

It is mentioned in the wiki but without specific dates so hope no one minds me pointing out that there are two days of motorsport at Harewood Hill this weekend, separate events on Saturday and Sunday with a good variety of cars entered each day.

Just got this email through. I know its a long way off but was a cracking day out earlier this year

Hi All,

We will be running the Mini Miglia touring assembly on Saturday 14th march 2015 . The event will once again start from NWA auctions at crooklands and finish for fish and chips at Bannys.

Please email me if you would like a set of regs sending out in the new year , please also feel free to send the email onto anybody you feel would be interested in the event.

We would like to get some feedback from last years competitors to find out what they did and didn't enjoy .

We would like to know if you would like the event limited to just classic cars and if you would like more tests to run or non at all ?

Please feel free to send me your comments .

After the success of Airedale & Pennines first Production Car Autotest at the Richard Dunn Sports Centre in Bradford, the centre manager has given the OK for more events to be held.

Events will be on the 3rd Thurs up to March, exept Jan when it will be the 4th, unless the course is waterlogged.

Next one will be on 20th Nov, smile
