2001 e39 m5 vanos issue

hi
had a problem with a solenoid board with code 72 exhaust valve. I purchased a new solenoid valve and installed it today. When i fired up the car i had the engine management light come up and the car shaking in idle. I read the codes and found i still had the same code as well as new ones.
Code 72 function exhaust vanos,
code 53 activation exhaust vanos advance valve
I recently changed both camshaft and crankshaft sensors in same bank as the solenoid board but now being faulty.
D1 and D3 misfiring cylinders 5 and 7 without cutout hence the rough idle/
Seriously confused and baffled.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
