Wings & Wheels or Cold War Jets

[Stuck In A Lift]

Bit of a dilemma, I can only go to Wings & Wheels or the Cold War jets day at Bruntingthorpe. I have never seen the Cold War jets, but I also want to see the Vulcan display. I am going to Shoreham Airshow at the end of the month to see the Vulcan. I only have one free day this weekend.

Can anyone offer some advice with their experience please?

Wings and Wheels is a fairly good show but i have only been once but we enjoyed it,as for the Cold War Jets we are thinking about going there this weekend too but we have never been before which is a bit of an oversight as its not far from us so i would be interested too for any comments on that as well!

cold war jets is an awesome day out.


lots of fun, quite relaxed, you can get up close to aircraft, and its awesome to see some of those beasts powered up and running.
lighning on reheat is something to behold!
