Nice to see the couple getting the abuse they so richly deserve.

I'm wildly guessing that the "Freelance marketer" has an eye on compensation and a free holiday.

How terrible though - A budget airline aircraft having to do a go-around! Maybe they thought that BA or Virgin would have landed the aircraft through the middle of the A380, or that it wouldn't have been there to begin with?

It affected the perception of their honeymoon so they went straight to bed for cuddles......

Dear god. What sort of people are they? Frequent flyers? Mmmm.

"Regular flyers" and they've not ever experienced a go-around or other such minor incident? Sure they are...

“If this is common place I will never fly again.”

Brilliant. A standard procedure apparently puts you off flying for life.

The universal derision these two have got really does underline the fact the entire country is laughing at them.

Anyone else quite like a go-around ?

Get a fking life.

I had two go-arounds last month on the same flight, also struck by lightning at the same time and diverted to Stanstead, five hours waiting and flew back in a thunder storm.

These two are a couple of attention seeking idiots

Whatever happened to any landing you can walk away from being a good one?

This couple seeking compo, pure and simple, hope the airline send them a nice letter and a voucher for £5 off their next trip.

"David, 49, a property developer, added: “All we wanted was a proper explanation, an apology and acknowledgement for how afraid everyone in the cabin was.

I had started to make my peace and there were a lot of ashen faces in that cabin.

It has affected the perception of our honeymoon - we came back and went straight to bed and just hugged each other.”

Quoted for posterity...

Oh, my aching ribs...rofl

I half expected them to say "Our children were in tears and have been having nightmares, or would have been if we had any, but we don't so had to make that up too".

Dear Mr Garratt...

Avoid Alton Towers rides...

They go upside down and everything...

With no wings.

Proper explanation - Regular occurrence when other traffic is taking it's time to leave the airspace your plane wants to occupy
An apology - Sorry you are such a pair of tts that are just out for what you can get
Acknowledgement for how afraid everyone was - We acknowledge that you are a pair of tts that are out for everything you can get, and were slightly scared, whilst everyone else on board just took it in their stride.
